With the HQ in American, VKCON is an international human resources provider. Currently we need a HR senior specialist or officer in charge of the recruiting and C&B.

We need that person take 80% recruiting and 20% C&B.

VKCON是一家全球性的人力资源服务商，我们目前需要一名高级专员或者是主管的角色负责招聘和薪酬事宜。其中80%的精力在招聘上，20%的精力在薪酬方面。

Main responsibilities:

1. Put position on the web for candidates

2. Interview the candidates and give comments

3. Enlarge the recruiting channels

4. Approach potential candidates in our competitive companies

5. Approach potential candidates in our related industries

6. Offering process control

7. Charge the C&B process for VKCON China office

主要职责包括职位发布，候选人面试，主动接触适合公司的潜在候选人，候选人的入职和OFFER程序等。同时负责公司同事的薪酬和奖金的计算

Main requirements

1. At least 2 years working experience in HR recruiting or C&B

2. Good English skills

3. It is better that this candidate has related working experience in American companies

4. It is better that this candidates has been working for consulting companies

9:00 until 18:00
