该职位为VKCON内部职位，主要协助公司人事经理对公司内部的职位进行招募。
主要的工作职责：
1. 发布职位招聘广告
2. 初步面试候选人并给出反馈意见
3. 定向进行人才搜寻和寻访
4. 给公司内部的候选人发录用通知
工作要求：
1. 半年以上的人事经验，尤其是招聘环节
2. 愿意在人力资源领域发展并沉淀的
3. 基本的英文读写是必须的（公司内部的邮件官方语言为英文）
4. 有良好的团队协作能力
工作时间： 早上9点到下午6点
工作地点： 九江路399号华盛大厦21层（二号线南京东路地铁口4号口出口）
