岗位职责
1、文档资料整理存放，数据录入存档，档案整理、保存；
2、公司印章的管理和使用；
3、打印、复印、扫描、归档公司相关文档资料；
4、收发传真及信件，接待来访客人；
5、宣传公司安全保卫、消防、卫生等条例，协助相关部门定期检查；

任职资格
1、本科学历，机械类或化工类相关专业优先考虑；
2、应届毕业生；
3、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
4、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
5、女性优先。

Purolite (China) Co., Ltd. is the wholly-owned company of Purolite Group in China, which is currently one of the world largest multinational corporations specialized in production of ion exchange resin. The Purolite Group has set production base in the US, Romania and China. Every year, it manufactures more than 60,000 tons of various ion exchange resin products.
