岗位职责：

1.Work Safety and improve safe process operation. initiate and implement MOCs.. 遵守安全工作程序，对工艺设备做安全改进。现场更改都需要遵守MOC流程

2.Keep the lines running in a safe and efficient way by monitoring the yield, downtime, batch cycle time and etc. 确保产线安全、高效运转，关注得率、停机时间、批量时间等关键指标。

3.Position requires multitasking candidate capable of managing (identifying and driving) powder process improvements.有意识去发现并解决车间问题， 能够同时完成多项工作。

4.Process improvement engineering for production support and facility waste minimization efforts to include process optimization, documentation, and statistical analysis of process and equipment capabilities. 分析并改进过程能力，优化工艺，支持生产，减少过程浪费。

5.Coordinates activities with concerned departments to review projects, objectives, timelines, project tasks and ensuring communications within the plant. 有车间改进项目经验。能够协调相关方，去回顾并追踪项目进展。

6.Leads manufacturing teams to drive process improvements through Lean Techniques 在现场推广精益六西格玛，并指导和推动员工参与

7.Involved with the design and/or installation of plant equipment and work with OEM’s when necessary for improving equipment performance 参与设备设计及安装、调试。必要时与供应商密切联系，负责设备改进。

8.Work with R&D, QC and project manager to introduce new product and process. 与研发、QC已经项目经理合作，引入新产品或工艺。

9.Create and and update process documents and train line operaotrs 工艺文件的建立和更新，并负责培训一线员工。

岗位要求：

1.Experience with engineering process work. Have solid experience to improve process on site.
2.Lean Six Sigma training and experience. GB project experience will be preferred.
3.Team player and able to work well with people at all levels of the organization especially line operators and line leaders.

4.BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience required. Powder experience will be preferred.
5.ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 knowledge, certified auditor will be preferred

6.Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle many tasks at once.
7.Excellent communications and computer skills. English speaking.
