岗位职责：

1.Repsonsible for the health and safety of employees working under your direction and to make sure there is a safe work environment for all those on the site. Ensure precautions are taken so that there are no fires.
关注生产过程中安全和健康，确保所有员工工作条件的可接受性
2.Ensure all work instructions and safety policies are being following by all employees
确保所有的工作指导书和安全规则被严格执行
3.Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn properly as required
确保个人安全防护装备被正确使用和佩戴
4.Identify safety hazards and fix them on the spot or properly report them to ensure safety of workers.
识别安全隐患并立即纠正，确保员工安全

5.Have ability to work with shift production team and train operators on procedures;
与生产主管配合完成新老员工的入职和周期培训

6.Optimize process, SOPs, and quality control point and update the process data;
优化和更新相关流程、SOP，有效控制关键质量控制点，跟踪和更新流程数据

7.Work with QC, R&D to control the quality and get technical support for formulation and process issues;
与QC和R&D有效配合与沟通，追踪问题/缺陷批次，找出根因并制定改进方案

8.Set up process procedures for new products.
为新产品涉及到的流程设置标准

9.Work with project and maintenance supervisor to streamline the product process via modification or introduction of production equipment.
与项目和维修人员配合，优化流程和产品工艺

岗位要求：

1.4 years Bachelor degree in chemical
2.5 Years experience in manufacturing leadership
3.Additional requirements depending on the job.
