Mission
l Provide technical support/service for internal/external customer
l Establish individual competence based on Industry Automation products, accumulate and develop related application and branch knowledge。
What are my responsibilities
l Support customer to solve the technical problem based on PLC product
l Technical hotline support to customer till customers are satisfied
l Support and consulting during PLC system designing, installation, programming, commissioning etc.
l Technical Training/Seminar, or function test.
l Write or translate technical documents, technical support duty through website;
l 为客户解答基于PLC产品方面的技术问题；
l 为用户提供满意的热线技术支持服务；
l 在PLC系统设计，安装，组态调试等阶段提供技术支持和咨询
l 技术讲座/培训，或功能测试
l 撰写或翻译技术文档及通过网站进行技术支持；
What do I need to qualify for this job
l Bachelor degree or above;
l Majoring in Automation or related field
l Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory
l 3+ years working experience in automation industry;
l At least 2 years working experience in PLC, industrial communication and so on;
l At least 2 years experience in automation engineering or onsite application;
l Industrial branch know how experiences preferred;
l Good skill in communication & team work is required.
l Good English in reading and speaking
l 本科或以上学历
l 自动化与控制相关专业
l 扎实的工业自动化及控制理论知识
l 3年以上自动化行业的工作经验；
l 2年以上工业通讯和PLC使用经验；
l 2年以上自动化工程或现场应用经验；
l 具有行业应用经验者优先；
l 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
l 良好的英语阅读及口语能力
