职位描述
Responsibilities
l Be a member of the Shopping Centre Management Team.
l Lead the Shopping Centre Marketing team and support the professional development of the co-workers.
l Suggest the marketing strategy, create and implement the SC Marketing Plan with Central Marketing’s support and supervision
l Work closely with Central Marketing Department to align IICG China’s Marketing Strategy & guidelines in the SC
l To initiate and evaluate all kinds of promotion, community and CSR activities
l Cooperate with Commercial Manager on all tenants related matters to deliver marketing support to tenants and coordinate tenants marketing activities with the SC
l Prepare and monitor the Marketing budget
l Excel the basic by best practice and lesson learning sharing from IICG other countries and from the rest of the world
l Any tasks assigned by Shopping Centre Manager and IICG China Central Marketing Manager
l Establish relationship with local marketing manager and set up regular cooperation in the field of marketing
l Responsible for local research based on the alignment with Central Marketing to analyse effectiveness of marketing activities, monitor and provide local competition and consumer trends
Qualifications
Mandatory for the position
- Basic oral and written English
- 5+ years of solid marketing experience, good understanding of marketing mix and positioning
- Basic leadership and people management skills, consumer focused
- Basic knowledge of how retail tenants work and their needs
To be acquired in the role
- Good knowledge of the Shopping Centre Business in general.
- Experience of setting and implementing action plans, setting budgets, provide clear direction and following up goals.
- Very good knowledge of the shopping centre marketing
- A good knowledge and understanding of the Values and culture
Education
- Bachelor Degree in business/marketing or other academic degree
Capabilities/Skills
- Basic leadership skills
- Analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Business minded, striving for positioning of the product
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and conditions
- Ability to work under pressure and to the deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Specific organisational requirements
- Business travels 25-30 days / year nationally and internationally
- Flexible working hours including weekends.
