职位描述
Position: Workshop Manager
Report to: Manufacturing &Product Development Director
Location: Beijing
General Description:
Direct and oversee China local/localized product assembly/manufacturing operation at China ITS workshop to ensure the products are produced on schedule, with good quality and within target cost.
Main Responsibilities:
l ？ Implement assembly workshop planning and establishment;
l ？ Yearly Workshop investment and budget planning, tracking and implement
l ？ Workshop production/assembly staff planning and recruitment;
l ？ Workshop manufacturing process planning and implementation;
l ？ Production, assembly and test tooling/equipment planning, support tooling/equipment sourcing and order, organize tooling/equipment receiving, installation, commissioning and acceptance;
l ？ Production schedule development and implementation;
l ？ Team (staff) building up and Provide training and guidance to production staff to obtain or improve required knowledge and skills.
l ？ Optimization of resource utilization based on the products features and schedules
l ？ Periodic reporting to manage the status of the workshop relating to schedule, budget and resource.
l ？ Daily workshop running management
l ？ Monthly reports per management need.
Qualification:
l Bachelor or above degree in Engineering;
l At least 3-year experience as manufacturing engineering or production supervisor in mechanical industry;
l Rich knowledge and experience with mechanical assembly and installation process, tooling as well as quality control methods;
l Has experience in manufacturing to international standards
l Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience are preferable;
l Good English and computer skill
l Open minded, management skill and team work spirit.
