职位:某著名欧美500强制造公司武汉汽车产品制造工厂China NPI leader

地点：湖北武汉

工作内容：

负责将其他工厂的项目以及新项目导入武汉工厂，包括项目整个开展计划，工艺（包括前期工艺规划，工艺流程以及在工艺上遇到的问题处理），成本控制和质量等。

管理武汉和上海工厂的新产品导入团队的相关人员。

要求：

1.本科及以上学历；

2.10年及以上新产品导入或工艺相关工作的经验（汽车相关产品都行），在生产工艺方面有丰富的经验，有前期工艺规划经验；

3.有丰富的项目，团队管理经验；

4.良好的分析和解决问题能力；

5.良好的沟通协调能力，包括公司内部以及供应商

6.英文听说读写流利；
