JOB REQUIREMENTS:
聘用条件:
1. Brief Description of Duties岗位职责描述
负责倒班生产车间的管理，并确保生产线的正常运转；
负责倒班各生产线的人员、物料、设备的监管；
负责完成倒班生产线的既定生产订单任务，包括实现产量、质量等的既定目标
2. Special Experience or skills Required特殊经验与技能要求
熟悉软胶囊的生产工艺流程，有3年以上生产管理经验，熟知压丸等岗位的关键控制点；
熟悉GMP的相关要求和生产车间的SOP，并能在生产过程中贯彻执行；
具有较强的一线员工管理能力， 较强的执行力，较强的发现并独立解决问题能力
3. Education and Language Skills Required 教育程度及语言能力要求
大专或以上学历，食品、药学、生物或相关专业
良好的语言表达能力，包括口头和书面表达能力
良好的沟通技巧
4. Other requirements 其它要求
对生产过程中的物料平衡、偏差纠正有实际经验
