职位描述
此职位工作地点：浙江省海宁市长安镇城南路399号
压丸操作工职责：
1． 从事压丸工序的生产工作。
2． 掌握压丸生产工艺的基本技术参数。
3． 全面了解压丸机的性能并能够很好的操作。
4． 对胶囊生产有一个基本了解。
5． 严格执行5S的流程。
6． 对安全生产有全面的认识。
7． 熟悉GMP要求并严格执行，做好相关的各项生产纪录。
基本要求：
1. 高中毕业以上，大专学历优先。
2. 愿意从事三班运转生产。
3. 从事过食品，药品生产及其相关行业背景，接受过GMP，ISO22000等相关培训。
4. 知道软胶囊生产工艺，从事软胶囊压丸工作两年（以上）实际操作经验优先。
5. 具有独立解决压丸过程中遇到的实际问题，使用过250型（宝昌，昌成、天民）机并掌握这些机器的工作原理。
6. 有团队合作精神，积极向上的心态。
