职责: 管理施工现场，针对精度和可实施性检查施工文档。实地核实项目的每一个组成部分，在问题和重要问题发生前进行预估。
要求: 必须具备合理施工技能和条理的相关知识。必须具备查阅施工文档的能力。会流利的中文和英文。
技能: 必须具备对细节问题的掌控和对质量的把关能力。
教育程度:
经历: 不低于五年的施工和施工管理相关工作经验。必须具备零售店项目经验。

Title: Construction Manager
Location: Throughout China, based in Shanghai
Job Type: On-site construction management
Responsibilities: Manage construction on site, reviewing construction documents for accuracy and constructability. Field verify every component of the project to anticipate problems & critical issues before they happen.
Requirements: Must be knowledgeable about proper construction techniques and sequencing. Must be able to read construction documents. Fluency in Chinese and English a must.
Skills: Must possess an eye for detail and focus on quality.
Education:
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in construction and construction management. Experience in retail projects a must.
