Synopsis:

As a senior course consultant, you will be responsible for regional sales, operation and business development , at the same time, highly involved in local marketing activities to increase Language Travel product local presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• 70% Sales- to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals. Use our CRM systems to follow up on sales and our product characteristics as unique selling points. To implement various sales skills, i.e fact-to-face counseling, telesales, to close deals very effectively. To build solid business relationships with EF schools to recommend EF oversea courses to existing EF customers to fulfill their diverse language education needs.
• 20% Marketing – participate in some local marketing activities and take some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose
• 10%Customer service – manage the whole customer service cycle and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc) to make sure students are satisfied so they will travel again or have referrals. This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Requirement:

• 3 years sales/ marketing experiences in the related industry field
• Abroad study or work experience will be a good plus;
• Willing to learn different countries’ education systems and Visa information.
• Business and sales driven. Goal and results oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges with flexibilities and creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
