JOB SUMMARY 岗位概述:

Performs a variety of purchasing and inventory planning functions in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Identifies and audits potential suppliers in conjunction with the Quality department. Makes sourcing decisions based on supplier qualifications, competitiveness and reliability of the supplier. Participate as a member of all new product development teams that ensures parts are appropriately sourced with suppliers and parts are delivered to support prototype, PPAP approvals, production and aftermarket (spares) needs. Conducts commodity market tests to ensure competitiveness of commodity purchases to support production needs including Aftermarket. Based upon outstanding performance, candidate can be promoted to purchasing manager role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职能:

·Build the supply base for the company by utilizing all available resources to find low-cost, high-quality suppliers
利用已有渠道寻找低成本，高质量的供应商来建立起公司的供应商体系。
·Develop and implement supply base strategies that improve our competitive position in our industry
制定和实施供应基商战略来提高公司在行业内的竞争地位。
·Makes sourcing decisions based on market research, supplier qualifications, and competitiveness of supplier
根据市场调查，供应商资质和供应商竞争力做出采购决策。
·Participates on new product development teams to ensure appropriate decisions are made on part sourcing
参与新产品开发团队以确保做出合适的零部件采购决策。
·Conducts commodity market tests to ensure competitiveness of commodity purchases
进行产品市场测试以确保所购买商品的竞争力。
·Conducts on-site supplier visits in conjunction with Quality personnel to ensure supplier sources are appropriate for the company’s needs
协同质量部人员实地走访供应商以确保供应商质量符合公司需要。
·Works with Quality to ensure that proper supplier tracking metrics are implemented
同质量部门合作确保实施适当的供应商跟踪指标。

·Maintains complete and accurate Purchasing files which includes documenting and updating supplier costs
保持采购文件的完整和准确包括文件编制和更新供应商成本。
·Negotiates and implements supplier agreements including non-disclosure, terms and conditions, warranty administration and long term supplier agreements
谈判和落实供应商协议包括保密协议、条款和条件，质保和长期供应商协议。
·Maintains part setup in the ERP system
维护EPR系统中零部件信息
·Uses ERP to make component purchases in a timely manner to support the production schedule
运用ERP系统进行及时的零部件采购来支持生产计划
·Support production, quality and engineering by sourcing and purchasing necessary tools and equipment
采购生产、质量、工艺所需要的工具及设备。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格:

· Satisfactory working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
熟悉运用ERP系统
· Satisfactory skill level in word processing and spreadsheet preparation
熟练掌握办公软件和文字处理技能
· Minimum three years purchasing experience
至少3年采购经验
· Experience in automotive manufacturing environment required
· 必须拥有汽车制造业经验
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is desirable
商务或其他相关专业背景
· Fluency in English and Mandarin
