JOB SUMMARY:岗位概述
Assists the GM and Engineering Director in preparing the joint venture for manufacturing operations, and acts as a resource in order to ensure smooth contact between foreign management and local resources. Acts as a preliminary HR manager in order to staff the joint venture with qualified and motivated personnel.
协助总经理和技术总监做好合资公司生产制造的各项准备工作，确保外籍管理层和本土人员的顺利沟通。作为储备人事经理为合资公司招募合格和充满积极性的员工。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:基本职责
1.Coordinates travel for senior company personnel.
协调好公司高层人员的出行安排。
2.Assists foreign management in receiving all of the necessary documentation to live and work legally in China.
协助外籍管理人员办理合法在中国就业和居留所需的一切文件。
3.Assists foreign management in any personal matters which require communication with local resources.
协助外籍管理人员处理个人事务方面的与本土人员的沟通交流问题。
4.Works with the joint venture parent companies to gain all documentation necessary to legally conduct business in China.
同合资公司的母公司共同合作办理好在中国合法开展业务的所有文件。
5.Sets up the joint venture administrative functions.
建立合资公司的行政管理体系。
6.Sets up the preliminary human resources department and related functions.
建立初步的人力资源部和相关职能。
7.Assists the GM and the Engineering Director in identifying and hiring essential personnel.
协助总经理和技术总监招聘重要人员。
8.Performs any translation tasks necessary to ensure smooth communication between foreign management and local talents/resources.
完成必要的翻译工作确保外籍管理层和地方人员的顺利沟通。
9.Assists in setting up the ERP system and ensuring new personnel are properly trained.
协助ERP系统的建立和确保所有新员工的正确培训。

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:其它职责
1.Acts as a liaison between the JV and the parent companies.
作为合资公司和母公司的联络员。
2.Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
总经理交派的其它工作。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:任职资格
1.Bachelor’s degree.
本科学位
2.English and Chinese (Mandarin) speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.
熟练掌握中英文的口语、阅读、书写技能
3.One to 3 years experience in private industry.
1-3年非国企工作经验
4.Experience working with government agencies.
和政府机关合作的经验
5.Familiar with expatriate tax policies and procedures, both from their home country and China.
熟悉外籍人士原籍国和中国的税务政策和纳税流程
6.Familiar with social benefits amounts and payment procedures.
熟悉社保体系和缴款流程
