职位概述: 1、协助设施管理经理，对部门质量健康安全体系进行全面监控，规范日常工作维修、保养、管理的行为模式；
2、协助制定员工培训计划，对员工进行业务技能，基本素质的培训；
3、参与巡检，并且对巡检的结果予以跟踪和追溯；
4、对外包的安全质量监督管理，在外包服务前后对供应商的安全、质量做出评估报告提交院方。
