Typical Duties:
1. Leads cross-functional teams to drive breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance in People, Quality, Material Flow and Cost.
2. Identifies key individuals for team membership and secures their availability directly or with the assistance of their Champion.
3. Provides basic Six Sigma training to project team members.
4. Applies Six Sigma tools and techniques to recognize, define, measure, analyze, improve and control project processes.
5. Reports on project progress to Champion and other appropriate leadership levels on a regular basis (normally weekly and monthly).
6. Prepares detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality and savings goals.
7. Identifies barriers to project success and solicits help from champions when needed.
8. Attends required training and acquires needed skills.
9. Documents improvement process lessons learned and shares best practices with other Black Belts.
10. Identifies new project opportunities and recommends them to the Champion.
11. Completes all other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience totalling at least 5 years.
2. Has demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority.
3. Possesses basic statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
5. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English.
7. Is regarded as objective, open-minded and an "out-of-the-box" thinker


WORKING CONDITIONS:
? Located in a Manufacturing Plant
? Will travel among the plants and offices of the Region up to 20% of the time.
