职位描述
1、develop and update the company five years marketing, sales strategy long-term plans;
2、 formulate five-year market analysis report and then updated monthly analysis report;
3、 LRP formulate annual and monthly rolling forecast sales plans, programs and is responsible for the accuracy of the forecasts
4、Internal review and external signature
5、 responsible for customer quotations and business contracts, agreements to participate in the quality assessment of internal customers;
6、 control and continuous improvement of customer credit period, periodic assessment of customer credit and financial officers responsible for the loan recovery and the average reimbursement period;
6、 Press quoted the group's accounting results of the company, responsible for new projects and existing business sales price negotiations, maintaining profit target company's product line;
7 responsible for customer satisfaction surveys, analysis and improvement measures to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
8、 responsible for customer information and contracts and other legal documents of the maintenance and preservation, including hard copy and ERP maintenance;
9、 responsible for legal affairs negotiations with customers, handling and tracking, is responsible for providing information on patent applications and related information;
10、Responsible for the company's external publicity ? Marketing, carry out the company's image and product image, the organization in charge of the exhibition, planning and execution of promotional costs budgeting and control
11、 continue to promote new products to the Chinese market and customers, to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of our business long-term development;
12、 responsible for the completeness and reasonableness of the development and application of new projects to ensure that all stages of project development to obtain the necessary inputs and outputs, such as input of customer needs, and to fully digest, customers get written evidence of approval sample, PPAP documentation and adequate internal experiments;

15、sales price, minus the cost savings and cost savings targets responsible for technological innovations;
16、 responsible for the sales team, motivate and manage staff, develop performance goals and conduct employee evaluation, formulation of key staff career development plans and staff training programs;
Required education, experience and knowledge
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. There automobile industry technology and marketing experience, for at least five years of work experience;
3. familiar with the Chinese market, have communication skills with customers;
4. English spoken, written expression proficiency;
5. computer proficiency can use a variety of office software;
6. language and communication skills;
7. Ability to travel frequently.
