Main Responsibilities:
1.Set up tooling invest plan, people needs plan, training plan, and capital needs plan and equipment investment plan for the department.
2.Set up department cost saving plan and target, set up supplier objective.
3.Monitor the continuous improvement of suppliers and participate in the supplier training.
4.Assist Finance department to complete new project cost evaluation on time.
5.Participate in the sales contract review.
6.Set up supplier strategy, decrease supplier quantity and optimize supplier quality.
7.Set up the department procedures and documents.
8.Participate in the monthly and yearly supplier audit, and in the supplier quality and capability review.
9.Support SLPT global purchasing strategy.
10.Assist the finance to reach the target of yearly inventory turns.
11.Participate in the supplier change management.
12.Accomplish other tasks assigned by plant manager

Education, Experience & knowledge
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical
2.Above 5 years working experience in the position of purchasing Manager
3.Fluent English in oral and written
4.Knowledge with ISO9001，TS16949，ISO14001；
5.Excellent at training for the supplier
6.Familiar with supplier chain, manage the supplier, negotiate skill.
7.Familiar with the tradition, term, freight in the international trade and custom, commodity inspection
8.Good ethics
