Consumer Electronic Buying Executive
Description:
Wolder is a Spanish company with more than 20 years history in the Spanish Market, now our Guangzhou Representative Office is recruiting a Senior Consumer Electronic Buyer to lead the activities of the Purchasing Department. This position would suit those with electronics, computer, tablets, mobiles, e-books, BT products and quality control experience.
Responsibility:
1. To Search for new potential suppliers and analyze their quotation.
2. To Search of new alternative and complementary products within the same business line.
3. To Report (follow KPI's indication) to the Supply Chain Manager (Spain Head office) and the GZ Office Manager (Guangzhou).
4. To Audit factories, and visit trade fairs.
5. To Develop and maintain an effective vendor database.
6. To Plan every delivery, ensuring that company expectation and quality, cost, delivery's requirements are met.
7. To Coordinate inspection and delivery dates according to Suppliers and Logistic Department.
8. To Solve conflicts concerning materials or services at the department and vendor levels.
9. To Keep in constant contact and be able to cultivate good personal relationship with suppliers.
10. To Manage in front of an incidence of product.
11. To Coordinate returns and/or repairs of products.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5-10 years working experience in the Consumer Electronic field.
2. Good writing and speaking English skill.
3. Accurate, efficient and good at communication with people.
4. Organized, Caring, empathetic and with excellent listening skills.
5. Be cosmopolitan.
6. Willing to travel.
7. A good problems’ solver: absorbing knowledge quickly and using this to make links and identify creative solutions.
