资料员岗位职责：
1. 协助专业技术人员做好工程技术文件、材料的收集、整理和编制管理等工作；
2. 严格按照档案管理程序和有关规定，做好文字材料、图纸报表等各种载体资料的收集立卷，整理归档，登记保管，统计、利用等工作。

任职资格：
1. 中专以上学历，建筑装饰等相关专业；
2. 3年以上专职资料员工作经验，要求有资料员资质证书；
3. 能熟练处理内装修等工程相关资料，熟悉工程施工知识和档案管理知识；
4. 熟练运用办公软件；
5. 稳重、细致、耐心、有条理性，协调沟通能力强。

备注：
1. 本岗位属于某大型百货内装项目，约4-5个月短期职位；
2. 要求现场办公，工作地点：浙江湖州（请特别注意工作地点）；
3. 如候选人常驻地不在湖州，本公司可提供住宿等；
4. 待遇从优。
