Report to: Senior manager, GFS

Job Description:

1. The major responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day AtR activities for China, with responsibility of General Ledger month-end closing, accounts analysis, tax filing, reconciliation processes, intercompany transactions, and the payroll processing for applicable markets, focusing on process efficiency improvement and delivering performance that meets or exceeds service level agreement.

2. Work closely with the SBS China AtR Manager, in-country Finance and business to define and implement necessary process changes and improvements where is necessary

3. Manage and supervise the daily AtR operations for China company, ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close as per the defined SLA and period closing schedule

4. Act as the Account Manager and the focal point for China customers to coordinate all activities where joint-efforts among various SBS teams is required

5. Provide support and assistance on processes efficiency improvements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of related professional experience and managing operational teams with 5-10 subordinates- size; CPA preferred, MBA preferred

2. Experience in a shared services environment a plus

3. Good knowledge of SAP General Ledger

4. Experience in interfacing with business customers in defining general ledger, account and reporting requirements

5. Experience in ATR process re-design and implementation
