Life Club Supervisor

Synopsis:

As Life Club Supervisor you are responsible on an individual and team basis, for providing students with fun, real life environments and situations in which they have the opportunity to use and expand upon their previously acquired English knowledge and skill.

The Role:

As Life Club Supervisor you play a key role within your city. You are a leader and a coordinator of regional events, ensuring this meet the highest standard within the education services framework.

You Will:

• Lead and plan the delivery of events of a consistently high standard in centers throughout the region, clearly demonstrating the core values of Life Club.
• Work independently to oversee and ensure life club regional team’s monthly regular output. This includes delivery of an events calendar, meetings, newsletters, support to other functions etc.
• Plan and manage department’s regional budget under director’s guidelines.
• Hire, train and supervise life club coordinators, working closely with full time teachers, education managers and center managers at various levels.
• Communicate smoothly with different functional bodies, departments and product lines both internally and externally.
• Actively promote Life Club events among all stakeholders and students.
• Meet regularly with the director to communicate all relevant information.
• Collaborate closely with other regions’ Supervisors on nationwide projects/events or any other necessary joint ventures.
• Take direct responsibility for department’s performance.
• Manage and control individual and team schedules effectively.
• Be goal orientated, and sensitive to life club related figures.
• Take responsibility for undertaking life club related projects, as directed by the director.

You Have / Are

• A good bachelor degree from a recognized university degree
• Passionate and good at various event planning.
• At least one year team management experience, familiar with both local and international working culture.
• Very detailed oriented.
• Able to complete tasks in a time lead manner.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Proactive work ethic; can establish priorities and schedules to meet department goals
• Positive and creative thinking, strong team spirit.
• Native speaker of Chinese with excellent English skills
