you are going to
（1）Assist the department leader in managing marketing department. This includes teambuilding, recruitment, on-the-job training, event planning and negotiation.
（2）Increase the collection real customer information and customers visits through effective management.
（3）Effectively cooperate with other departments and headquarters.
（4）Assist the marketing manager to achieve the monthly sales target.

you are required to have
（1）An Associates Degree, management experience is a plus.
（2）at least one year working experience, be good at communicating and working under pressure
（3）Good teamwork skills and be capable of efficient executing your position.
（4）Microsoft Office Skills

您将从事
（1） 协助主管进行部门管理（团队建设、招聘培训、统筹管理、活动策划、谈判及维护等）。
（2） 通过部门管理，实现有效客户信息的收集及目标客户的到访。
（3） 参与中心各部门之间的协作，保持与总部对口部门的良好沟通
（4） 协助市场主管的日常工作，完成业绩指标。

您需具备
（1） 大专以上学历，有一定管理经验者优先。
（2） 1年以上工作经验，有较强的沟通能力及抗压能力。
（3） 较强的团队协作意识与执行能力。
（4） 熟练使用办公自动化软件。
