5.认真执行操作规程，做到投料准确适时，勾芡上料适度，能准确识别油温，掌握火候，出锅及时，装盘成形美观，菜肴色、香、味、型好

任职要求：

2、 热爱烹调工作，接受企业的技能培训，愿意在本企业烹饪职业岗位上长期发展；
3、 愿意努力学习正宗各式（中式、法式、意式、印式、美式）烹调技能；
4、 对工作认真负责、吃苦耐劳，有积极主动的服务观念与职业素质；
5、 具有团队配合精神，积极落实上级安排的各项工作；
6、 能适应餐饮行业早晚班、高速快捷运转工作环境
