岗位职责：
1、负责建立项目全面成本管理体系，并监督实施；
2、组织制订公司招标采购策略，完善公司招标采购管理规范，组织制订招标采购授权的分级管理办法，明 确招标采购流程、职责边界及控制要点；
3、组织制定大宗材料采购招投标的标准，监督采购招标工作;；
4、参与建立集团及项目公司的供应商管理体系，建立供应商的选择、管理、评估机制；
5、指导、监督项目公司的工程招标过程，组织对项目公司的工程招投标、施工阶段成本控制的抽查;；
6、对项目公司预算合约处部进行专业指导，组织专业培训；
7、主持项目结算复审工作；
8、负责本部部门管理制度、工作标准、业务流程的建立、完善和监督执行；
9、组织拟订本部门部年度工作目标和计划，审核并报集团审批，并指导、监督计划执行；
10、负责工程预结算审核工作；
11、负责编制工程款拨付计划；
12、完成公司领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、年龄35-55岁之间，统招大学本科或本科以上，建筑管理、工程预决算等相关专业毕业；
2、10年以上大中型房地产企业、建筑公司预决算、成本控制部门工作经验，5年以上类似岗位管理经验；
3、熟悉房地产开发业务的全程运作，尤其对其中的成本控制、工程预算决算有相当程度的理解。

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
