职位描述
要求：
1、具有本科及以上学历；
College Degree or above
2、八年以上制造类企业成本核算，成本管理、财务报表分析工作经验； 使用过SAP 、Oracle等大型ERP软件成本模块者优先
8+ years of practical experience in similar position of manufacturing Company
3、熟悉生产制造企业成本核算、财务预算，报表分析等工作；
Proficient in costing flow、variance analysis、report analysis and budget
4、熟练使用Excel、Visio、Word等办公软件。
Skillful to use Office、Visio、Oracle and SAP system experience
5、良好的学习能力，独立工作能力和财务分析能力；
Strong ability in self-motivated and able to work independently
6、具有良好的英语听说读写能力
Good skill in English
7、工作仔细认真、敬业、责任心强、严谨，有良好的纪律性、团队合作精神 ;具有较强的沟通、协调能力。
High responsibility for daily work，Good cooperate with colleagues skill and good teamwork concept, Strong communication and management skills. Can work under pressure.
职责：
1.日常设置产品标准成本
Setup standard cost daily
2.季度更新标准成本
Update the standard cost quarterly
3.实际与标准成本差异分析,采购差异分析，工单关闭差异分析，标准成本更新差异分析
Variance analysis, like the cost variance analysis between the actual vs. the standard, PPT, JOCV, SCCV
4.跟工程及生产一起提出降本增效方案
Cost down with Engineering and Production team
5.优化成本流程
Improved the process in relation of costing
6.其他 Others
1、具有本科及以上学历；
