职位描述
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in optical communication, electronics or related area.
本科以上学历主修光通信、电子或相关专业。
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or quality management and have rich knowledge in the area.
至少3年的制造工程或质量管理经验和该领域内拥有丰富的知识。
3. Be apt at problem identifying and solving.
要善于发现问题、解决问题。
4. Demonstrates good ability in coordinating, communicating and team-working.
展示良好的协调能力、沟通和团队合作。
5. Good at English communication.
擅长英语沟通。
Responsibilities:
1. Product/Process abnormity coordinator as well as team member.
产品/过程异常协调员并且作为团队成员。
2. Gating production line defect material, Purge, and Quality Stop.
把控生产线缺陷，材料、清洗和质量停止。
3. Quality drive and criteria definition and training to operator.
质量驱动和标准定义及培训操作员。
4. SPC, Golden sample, GRR, yield data review and monitor.
统计过程控制、标准样品、量具的重复性和复现性、产量数据检查和监控。
5. Customer RMA support.
客户退料审核支持。
6. Member of PMP, FMEA.
PMP、FMEA团队成员。
7. Member of review board of NPI.
NPI审查委员会的成员。
8. Member of continuous improvement.
持续改进的成员。
