职位描述
Job Summary/岗位概述：
As part of the NPI team, the successful candidate will work closely with design engineers and production engineers during product development to ensure required product functionality and testability.
Responsibilities/主要职责：
1、definition of production process flow and test requirement
2、Work with support engineers to develop test systems that will be used to test the optical transceivers/transponders once released into production.
3、Drive yield improvement and test time reduction at DVT and MVT phase
4、Build and Agile release product BOM
5、setting up necessary systematic procedure for mass production
6、training production product engineers and transferring NPI products to manufacturing facilities
7、interface with sales and product marketing teams to analyze customer technical specification and ensure accurate product customization
8、Debug product failures to identify design or test related issues and feedback to design team
Qualifications and Experience/任职要求和经验：
Education/教育: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics/Physics
Experience/经验: N/A
Personality/个性特质：self-starter, be highly organized, good communication skill
Software &English/ 软件/英语资质: Fluent in English speaking and writing
Knowledge & Skills/知识和技能: Familiarity with statistical data analysis, Hands-on experience with optical and RF communications instrumentation, hands-on experience with transceiver design and test.
Others/其他：Light travel to US is required
