MISSION
The Program manager is an operational manager accountable for quality, timing, gross margin, project cost and customer satisfaction related to the project. The project leader’s goal is to reach the objectives given by company management at the beginning of the project.
MAIN DUTIES
TRAINING AND PROFIL
- Functional Manager of the Project Team Members in accordance with matrix organization described in CIP (Constant Innovation Policy - Project Development Chart), you are responsible for P1 Projects (new development linked to new vehicle application projects) and/or P0 Projects (standard products to be applied on new vehicle projects) from Customer Request for Quotation to the fulfillment of project objectives ( at least Start of Production + 6 months)
- Represent projects at Project Management Committee (PMC) and you represent company in front of the Customer. You are also responsible for customer deliverables.
- In charge of Customer's satisfaction in terms of Quality, Cost & Deadlines (QCD).
- Manage projects through schedule within supplier integration, identify related risks and manage corrective actions implementation.
- Be responsible for product / process quality and for product gross margin, investments and developments costs.
- Apply CIP and Project Management handbooks, as well as associated tools.
Qualification:
- Knowledge in Planification tools, Automotive industry, with experience of 5 years minimum
- Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable.
- Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and customers.
- Chinese Language + Good command of the English language are mandatory.
