Quality supervisor
Chinese - Male or Female, between 28 and 35 years old
Location The position is based in Kunshan, China.
Position The quality supervisor will manage 4 quality Technicians + 20 quality inspectors. He/she will directly report to the production supervisor
The responsibilities include:
？ Improving the quality system
？ Enhancing quality performances
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a SQA or SQE.
An experience in automotive division Actuator-Wipers suppliers, electric motors or its components as brushes
He/She needs to perfectly master all quality tools (P-PAP-APQP-CP-PDCA-5Why-SPC-PFMEA-FMEA, ect...)
Personality: The successful candidate needs to be presentable as he/she will lead the communication with our customers in case of customer claims.
Education: Technical background is necessary. Engineering degree.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required as he/she will exchange with company sites in Mexico- Tunisia-France-Germany-India-South Korea
