Job Responsibilities

1. A Full time teacher employed by Strong International shall carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances require. These include, but are not limited to;
(1) Planning and preparation of lessons for courses
(2) Teaching students according to their educational needs, including the setting and marking of work on a variety of timetables and courses (e.g. in-company, project and one-to-one lessons)
(3) Assessing, recording and reporting on students’ development and progress on a daily basis.
(4) Promoting the general progress and well-being of students, whilst maintaining a professional manner and confidentiality of information at all times.
(5) Attending both specific and general meetings on a regular basis.

2. Teachers are expected to take an active role in further training and development by;

(1) Attending and contributing to teacher development.
(2) Completing CPD assignments set.
(3) Participating in both observed classes and feedback sessions

3. The applicants should teach academics, like economics, maths, chemistry, physical courses , etc. The applicants who can teach IELTS, TOFEL and academics would be preferred（basically the student’s age is from 17 to 19）

Job requirements:
1. Recognized Teaching English as a foreign language qualification (DELTA, CELTA, TEFL etc)
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Native English speaker, or native speaker competency
4. Passionate about teaching and a willingness to “go beyond the call of duty” to ensure students achieve their goals.

Compensation
1. Full-time – 64hours per month;
2. Basic salary: RMB7,500 lesson preparation fee:2,800
3. Campus accommodation or RMB2, 000 housing allowance provided.
4. Sponsorship and help with visa application.
5. Four weeks paid leave after working for one year
