职位描述
Purpose & Scope of the position |
— Responsible for overall maintenance of equipment and facilities on TEDA site to ensure achieving the key performance indicators defined together with line manager.
— Ensure all activities on site follows procedures and regulations.
— Provide good service to internal and outside customers.
Principal responsibilities |
— SHEQ:
— Ensure compliance with SHEQ Policy (EMOC, PTW, Alert etc.) and local standard.
— Ensure continuous improvement in SHEQ performance.
— Ensure all equipment and facilities used on site comply with the Group and local legal requirements.
— Ensure all of the accidents, incidents, near miss and potential hazard are reported in time.
— Maintenance management:
— Responsible for preparing maintenance annual cost budget and cost control, capex plan, and HPO plan.
— Responsible for all key equipment, reliability improvement, trouble shooting and malfunction removal.
— Ensure all plants running safely, reliable with high efficiency.
— Implement minor capex projects on site and control of cost and quality.
— Define together with regional reliability team and implement maintenance activities.
— Control maintenance workers and contractors follow maintenance procedures, safety behave and kinds of regulations.
— Ensure all licenses of special equipment required by government are on site and effective.
— Implement Global/Greater China maintenance models, tools and techniques including PM, CBM and risk management etc.
— Ensure annual targets of the team reached to requirement.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience & Competencies |
— Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Mechanic, Instrumentation or Chemical related with 3 or above years working experience in maintenance management relevant.
— Excellent oral and written communication skill in mandarin, and good reading and writing in English.
— Good computer skill in the field of office work.
— Good partnership building with internal and external department.
