Responsible

1. Support of development and design improvement of airbag inflators

2. Product support from concept phase to serial production to plant

3. Coordination and accomplishment of development processes

4. Solve engineering and manufacturing issues

5. The products evolution & pilot;

6. Localized Supplier (Component) Qualification

7. Meeting Customer Specifications

8. Willing to travel and working under pressure.

Main tasks:

1. To take part to the products development

2. To take part to the product change and transfer

3. To take part to the product change process

4. To take part to the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis

5. To give the technical support to the manufacturing team

Competences:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical,

2. Understanding for assembly cost structure, line efficiency, process quality control (ISO9000, TS16949), and traceability system (concept)

3. Familiar with the following knowledge but not limited, Mechanical design and mechanical drawing, Air circuit design (Air cylinder, solenoid valve. ), Process design Knowledge,

4. Knowledge of Airbags, Pyrotechnic & Stored Gas Inflation Products is a plus

5. Good experience of technical design and strong sense on marketing.

6. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

7. 1-5 years’ experience in Airbag Inflators and automotive industry

8. Proficient in English/Japanese in both spoken and writing skills
