岗位职责:
1. 公司固定资产的管理及库房的管理；
2. 维护公司正常的办公秩序及办公环境；
3. 完成行政费用的支付报销工作；
4. 按月整理和汇总公司考勤上报人事；
5. 协助行政处长执行大型节假日的员工福利发放工作；
6. 协助行政处长及时高效的完成采购任务，保证各部门间的工作顺利开展；
7. 协助行政处长执行公司用车任务的安排，保证出车的安全，并遵守交通规则；
8. 协助行政处长完成公司车辆的保养、维护及年检等工作；
9. 进行公司内外活动组织及接待的工作；
10. 完成异地出差人员的票务订购及接待工作；
11. 协助行政处长完成后勤保障等具体工作；
12. 完成领导临时交办的其他工作.
任职要求:
1.一年以上行政工作经验;
2.了解行政管理相关工作经验;
3.耐心细致有责任心;
4.服务意识强,有良好的沟通协调组织能力.

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
In 2003, ABP Beijing, the first demonstration zone of Headquarters Economy in China, was built in Beijing.
