Purpose of the position:

Provide supervision and leadership to the ASU/HYCO plants remote operations floor on a continual basis

Primary Responsibility:

- Day to day manage ROC all ASU/HYCO plants operations in a safe, reliable and efficient manner

- Ensures all daily / shift work is completed on a quality manner(Shift handover, operation log, Maximo, etc)

- ASU shift engineers management in terms of communication, competence development, new staff training,

- Responsible for ASU plant emergency response

- Analysis of ROC daily report for optimization of plant performance

- Provide KPI report for data collection system

- Weekly communication with site/area ops manager for planning

- Weekly summary on plant performance to relevant ops management team

- Execute ISO program in daily work if required

- Revise work instructions for ROC all plants

- Lead LMSS process for ROC all plants

- Take over new plants and implement relative procedure to ensure the takeover smoothly

- Plant trip investigation for root cause and take part in the solution finding

- Case lessons collection and sharing

- Execute agreed scheme to improve plant performance

- Record EMOC events and file related documents as administrator in ROC

Required key skills (functional/technical):

- Understanding of the systems and processes used in Linde

- Technical experience of ASU required.

- Strong computer proficiency

- Strong Analytical and organizational skills

- Demonstrated proficiency in plant operations

Required Qualification:

- At least 5+ years in a process plant related operations role

- bachelor degree in related engineering discipline
