Customer Service Officer, Sales Support (Cantonese)
客户服务专员，需精通粤语
Principal responsibilities
— Fulfill master data
— Contract review & management
— Pricing guideline implementation
— Price Escalation
— Reporting – Business Analysis/CSC Report
— Ensure clear, accurate and disciplined communications between CSC and Sales team
— Deliver CSC projects to meet the needs of business/process changes, ensuring sales support function fully align with the company policies and business strategies.
Required key skills (functional/technical)
— Typically 2+ years experience in customer service /commercial, or related functions
— Good SAP knowledge is preferred
— Broad commercial knowledge
— Legal / legislative compliance
— Good financial knowledge
— Enhanced analytical skills
— Proven Presentation skills
— Market awareness and broad networking skills
— Advanced Excel/Powerpoint/Access Skills
— English in reading/speaking/writing
Required qualifications/experience
— 3 years commerial experience
