Purpose of the position
？ To implement CES activities in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner through the design, installation and maintenance of equipment on Linde customer sites.通过对林德客户现场工程的设计、安装和维修服务，使CES业务安全、高效及成本最优化

Principal responsibilities
？ Responsible for the development of engineering designs, proposals, quotations and orders together with the installation, commissioning and handover training for new and existing customers. Responsible for the progress control, cost control, quality control, contractor evaluation, selection and supervision. 负责工程的设计、建议书的编制、询价、订货、安装、调试和移交。对新客户和现有客户进行培训。负责项目进度、费用和质量的控制及承包商的评估、选择和监督。
？ Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Linde and some customer owned equipments in line with current legislation and/or Linde standards and for maintaining appropriate records. 负责维修维护属于林德和一些客户所拥有的设备，要符合现行的法律标准和/或Linde标准，并做好适当的记录。
？ Responsible for the refurbishment and utilization of PGP CES equipments to ensure effective capital cost control and responsible for assets documentation management.负责翻新及利用所有PGP CES所有的固定资产设备， 以确保有效地控制资本成本。负责资产的档案管理。
？ Responsible for the control of all standards utilized within CES and to provide input in the development of standards to meet new legislation.负责控制所有标准在CES中均得到运用与体现， 并能不断地改进与发展使之符合新的法律要求。
？ Provide strong technical support with competitive solution for Sales to win potential customers for Linde. Designing new and innovative equipment and engineering systems to meet and satisfy the customer requirements is always the team’s responsibility. 为销售提供有竞争力的解决方案及强大的技术支持从而为林德赢得客户. 设计新的有创新性的设备和工程系统以满足客户的需求是团队的永恒职责.
？ Be responsible for the communication with Government for pressure vessel license, pressure pipeline license, safety appraisal, Legislation Inspection, etc.负责与政府相关部门（质量技术监督局，锅检所，计量所，安监局, 消防局, 管委会等）的沟通并取得压力容器使用证, 压力管道使用证, 安全评估证书及法定检验证书等.
？ Be responsible for non standard project management and implementation including mixers, compressors, purifiers, manifolds, H2 projects, C2H2 projects, SO2 projects, High pressure projects, etc.负责非标项目的管理和执行, 包括混配器，压缩机，纯化器，汇流排，氢气项目，乙炔项目, 二氧化硫项目, 高压项目等。
？ Be responsible to provide new business model related, such as Cryospeed, projects design, as welll as releated equipments/components design, installation & maintenance. 负责提供新业务模式(快易冷)相关的项目设计, 罐体及部件的设计, 安装及维修。
？ To provide a safe workplace environment for CES teams, contractors and customers. 为CES团队，承包商和客户提供一个安全的工作环境。
？ Monthly management reports on accident and incidents, project activities, maintenance KPI, asset management, service levels and work in progress. 针对事故及事件，项目活动，维修KPI，资产管理，服务水平以及进行中的工作，准备每月的管理报告。



Required qualifications/experience
？ Wide range of industries and an understanding of how Linde products support these. 广泛的行业知识，并了解林德的产品是如何在这些行业中应用的。
？ Compliance with safety standards and codes of practice. 遵守安全标准以及行为规范。
？ In depth knowledge of engineering practices.对工程实践有深入的了解。
？ Quality procedures. 质量程序。
？ Gases and their properties. 各种气体及其性质。
？ Work allocation and budgetary control. 懂得分配任务和成本控制。
？ Knowledge of conditions of contract. 了解基本合同条款。
？ Detailed knowledge of construction industry. 丰富的工程建设知识。
？ Good English and Mandarin. 良好的英语及汉语语言能力。
