Primary Responsibilities
Acquiring
? Planning & Prospecting
? Leverages technical and industry knowledge to identify profitable new opportunities
? Builds relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels
? Identifies growth objectives for target opportunities and creates plan to capture
? Work with market manager/application engineer closely to identify market opportunities.
? Solution Design and Contract Negotiation
? Reviews customers' technical processes and flow to define current and future application requirements
? Has basic knowledge of application technology and industry trends and can articulate benefits and efficiency of various technologies
? Negotiates contract details with direction of Line manager
? Acquires all sector/industry business selected in the territory
Maintaining
? Contract Management & Renewal
? Manages a portfolio of accounts within a defined territory.
? Reviews account performance and manages contract renewals in a timely manner
? Develops account plan and manages implementation; resolves service issues
? Develops pricing strategy for assigned territory in alignment with allocation goals
Key Performance Indicators
? Revenue, GPADE and DSO,
? Business Gain & Loss, especially for value added customers;
? Price increase
Key Requirements
? 1-3 years sales or related industry experience in a business to business setting preferably within specialized industry
? Basic technical and industry specific expertise
? Basic financial knowledge
? People oriented with strong customer service attitude
? Good command in oral and written English
? Good communication skills
? Demonstrated negotiation skills
? knowledge of gases and relational products
