Business Scope:地毯和纺织品、光纤光缆、阻燃产品、风能材料及上述产品的辅助材料的研究开发、自有技术转让及技术咨询服务;以及上述商品的批发、进出口、佣金代理,并提供相关配套服务。
职位名称:Sourcing Administrative Assistant
职责:
- Undertake all word processing needs and filing for the department. 部门文件整理及文案工作
- Arrange and attend meetings as directed by the buyer and take official notes/minutes as needed. 安排买手会议并做会议纪要
- Generally support the buyer with smaller purchases. 协助买手做小额采购。
- Track status and delivery compliance for all open purchase orders 采购跟单
- Review vendor quotations and negotiates purchases within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. 查看供应商报价,谈判预算和权力范围采购。
- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods as needed by the buyer.根据买手的需求处理非供应商的订单,及货物损坏事宜。
- Create and send purchase orders under the instruction of the buyer/manager.根据买手/经理的需求建立及发送采购订单
- Interact with the suppliers and plant personnel as needed on a daily basis.同供应商和工厂的日常联络。
- Support and maintain all company quality & environmental standards, policies, procedures and work instructions as outlined in the Milliken Corporate and ISO standards.支持及维护公司所有的质量及环境政策,流程及美利肯总部及ISO标准的流程。
- Other duties as needed per the Director of Global Purchasing其他全球采购总监布置的任务
核心要求:
- Above Bachelor's Degree with related work experience 本科及以上学历并有相关工作经验
- 3-5 years working experience in sourcing, procurement, and materials management preferably in the chemicals and/or textiles arena. 3-5年在采购及化工/纺织物料管理方面的工作经验
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in customer service, adaptability, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving, teamwork, and written communication 在客服,各方交流,问题处理,团队协作及书写能力方面的相关知识
- Strong speaking and writing English language skills.优秀的英语口语及书面能力
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.在word,excel,及计算机系统软件方面的相关知识
- Familiar with SAP is preferable.熟悉SAP系统者优先
Basic Requirement:
- Computer skills: requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ERP software (preferably SAP)计算机技能:熟练运用OFFICE软件及ERP软件(SAP优先)
- Strong organization and time management skills.组织能力及时间管理能力强
- Strong ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere coupled with good communication skills. 优秀的团队合作及各方沟通能力。
