工作职责:
? Order management(Acceptance/Checking/Conformation);
? Execute daily activities of order-to-cash, complaint–to–resolution;
? Coordinate with the company global customer service team to ensure on-time delivery of import products to customers;
? Maintain special instructions for logistics and packaging requirements, bundle deliveries and shipments, follow up on actual delivery;
? Monitor shipment status all the way from origin to destination with communication to all the parties involved, eg supply chain, warehouse & freight forwarder
? Drive improvements programs in company supply chain and beyond based on customer inputs;
? Manage database of customer contracts. Prepare accrual, credit / debit / rebate;
? STO bonded warehouse stock maintain, regular stock collection;
? Check bill of payment to service provider and supplier.
? Deal with sample orders with sales’ special requests.
? VAT mailing for key customers.

? Knowledge in order processing and import/export transactions
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Highly motivated and pro-active
? Good time management
? Occasional travel within China
