Duties & responsibilities:？
1.In the first month, manage that the restructuring is implemented correctly.
2.Push and support the teams to meet their KPIs – sales, quality, time, cost.
3.Directly manage the team supervisors, including guiding them in what they should do and focus on, and ensuring they manage the detail of what their team is doing (design, contract, on-site construction, finances).
4.Ensure the teams carry out their work correctly, including making sure the functional managers specify the process and provide the necessary training for the teams.
5.Escalation point for serious customer complaints.
6.Approve contracts and exceptions (such as free product, labour, and compensation).
7.Responsible for recruiting the appropriate staff, with support of the functional managers.

Job knowledge/skill:
1.Strong ability to manage and coordinate the work of a large team of people.
2.Strong ability to build something new, including thinking through the detail of how everything works and making sure it is correctly implemented in real life.
3.Good knowledge of the complete project process (design, contract, construction).
4.Sales experience required.
5.Able to take decisions that balance competing priorities and needs, for example the need to generate sales with the need to construct safely.
6.Works well with customers, especially to resolve difficult situations.
7.Can independently solve problems, including working with other departments in a friendly and effective manner.
8.Proactively works to strengthen the team and keeps its work smooth, including arranging training, digging into and solve problems, etc.
9.Fluent English is required.
