_{I.Primary Purpose}

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to Communications team, Retail Operations, providing a professional interface for the Retail Operation Department between internal and external customers.

_{II.Key Responsibilities}

Store Communication

· Coordinate with relevant departments to consolidate store communication information, draft and issue Urgent/Weekly/Monthly communication to stores

· Regular update on store contact list, manual, binders, training materials, and etc.

· Translate global communication articles to local language

Retail Event Support

· Support on planning and execution process of retail event, such as: Store Manager Conference, Retail Roadshow and Operation Training

· Coordinate and follow-up on event collectoral material production, logistic, and event related issues

· Organize payment application and billing

Store Printing Material Management

· Manage the supply of store printing material

· Ensure all printing materials are up to Coach standard

III. Skill Requirements

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. CET 6 and above preferred.

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

· Highly organized with strong time management

· Task prioritization & follow-up skills

· Strong attention to detail & accuracy

_{IV.Education & Experience}

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 3-5 years’ experience in retail industry with broad knowledge of Retail Operations

· Ability to juggle numerous projects and understand priorities.

· Superior follow-through, detailed and customer service oriented.

· Excellent ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.

· Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative.
