Job Description
? Administer the China Bank Note Share Point Site
? Consolidate AR submissions and AP submissions and coordinate reporting with treasury
? Analyze the data from submissions and share point and develop reports for Sales teams and GSM teams
? Meet with Sales on Bank Note, DSO and Aging Initiatives and Progress to improve working capital
? Meet with GSM on metrics and analysis of Suppliers accepting Bank Notes, status of those that do not
? Lead DSO initiative calls with Customer Sales Teams
? Interface with China Shared Service AR and AP teams on bank note receipts and payment processing
? Data mine Akritiv and SAP, obtain contracts from CA and Sales to prepare DSO reports by customer for review
? Data mine Akritiv for Atradius and 3rd party submissions, analyze accounts aged > 60 days
? Prepare China Past due and DSO analysis for management reporting true DSO (remove impact of BN maturity) and Past dues
? Work on special reporting and initiatives to improve DSO, Past Dues and reduction of Bank Notes or increased pass through.
? Special assignments as required in
Requirements
? Degree in finance
? Strong communications and English skills
? Very Strong Excel Skills
? SAP experience and knowledge
? Understanding of Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and working capital metrics
Preferred
? Accounts Receivable, Finance or OTC experience
? Data analytics experience
? Experience with DSO or DPO or cash flow improvement initiatives
