岗位职责：
1．带领区域内团队配合大区经理做好当地市场家具漆销售计划的制定和实施工作；
2．带领区域内团队完成销售目标以及资金回笼目标；
3．积极配合区域市场内开拓以及挖潜客户；
4．负责区域市场新产品的推广、指导工作，并及时提出有效的市场对策；
5．维护和稳定区域内的市场秩序，以保证整个销售渠道的良性运作。

岗位要求：
1．大专或以上学历，5年以上家具漆销售或技术服务经验,或者5年以上工业品行业销售经验；
2．较强的沟通,组织能力,业务开拓能力,领导能力,创新能力，熟悉OFFICE操作。
