职责：
1、负责按照公司的HSE管理要求跟进相关工作，确保公司在HSE管理方面符合国家、地方和Valspar集团的要求，与政府管理机构及时有效地进行沟通。
2、负责跟进公司相应的安全程序，比如动火证，高空作业，密闭空间，挂牌上锁等等，确保这些程序得到有效落实。
3、负责跟进工厂消防工作事项，并进行相应事项的演练与培训
4、现场HSE检查，提出改善建议，并跟进落实、完成情况。
