Main tasks:

1. control production and manufacturing process
2. schedule workflow and activities
3. inspect equipment, structures and materials to identify the cause of errors or defects
4. analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
5. confer with personnel in order to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions or provide technical information
6. guide, direct and motivate subordinates

Requirements:

1. below 40
2. educational and professional background as metal engineer
3. over 3 years of experience in heat treatment
4. fluent in both Chinese and English
5. good communication skills, leadership skills, highly detailed-oriented
