主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：
1. To establish the measuring gauges control plan and calibration documents and update the measuring gauges documents.
建立计量器具检定计划、起草或修改相关文件。
2. Using the management system to manage the monitoring and measuring equipment. Eg，SAP，QS-torque，QDA.
利用现代化管理系统管理测量和监控设备。如SAP,QS-Torque，QDA,
3. Check measuring equipment. Plan and coordinate calibration of measuring equipment. Carry out calibration of measuring equipment. Arrange calibration with external institutes if necessary. Compiling and optimizing the procedure of the calibration.
校准计量设备，包括自校准和厂外校准.编写和优化校准相关程序。
4. Precision measuring for parts and special gauge or tools used on line .Analysis and interpretation of the inspection results. Report results of the measuring devices inspection.
完成零件和量具等的精密测量工作。对零件和设备测量报告分析和解释.
5. To solve the calibration problems, to complete the research and debugging of new equipments, to complete the improvement of the quality.
解决校准问题，完成新设备的调研和调试任务，完成质量改进工作
任职条件/Requirement：
1. At least college Degree, Automation or mechanical engineering
大本以上,自动控制或机械专业
2. Good English (spoken and written), Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
熟练掌握英语（口语和书面），,熟练使用计算机
3. Good communication skills and team spirit.
良好的沟通能力和团队精神
4. Demand to have sense of responsibility, can obey the arrangement working, coordinate work extra shifts, have ability of communicate.
