职位描述
主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：
1.push PST(problem solving team) and conduct root cause analysis and measure effectiveness
推动问题解决小组，进行根本原因分析和有效的测量
2.Statistics for FC 5/9 from QL2, QL3, QL4. check status of problem solving. And report these results to the responsible management and into the corresponding quality meetings.
统计QL2，QL3，QL4的FC5/9项，检查问题解决情况，报告给相关部门，或者在质量例会上报告。
3.Exchange frequently information with production, engineering, other analysis teams and R&D e.g. regarding product changes, new technologies, countermeasures.
与生产部、制造工程部、产品部等部门进行有效的信息沟通，包括产品变更，新技术引进，解决问题的措施等。
4.Accept the shops information; push the issue manager to update the BITS content timely.
接收来自车间的信息，推动问题管理者及时更新BITS。
5.hold Q-circle meeting every week，discuss problem solving static with relevant department. And prepare for QEP meeting.
主持每周Q-circle会议，与相关部门讨论问题解决情况，并为QEP会议做准备。
6.Guide, motivate and cultivate the assigned employees. Securing the internal communication and information flow to make sure that the target of the team are realized.
指导、激励和培养员工的目的，加强内部交流，保证内部信息畅通来实现目标的实现。
7.Recognize potential of junior employees and propose them for promotion. Prepare the subordinated employees for their duties and responsibilities. Brief the superior of discrepancies.
发掘初级员工的潜力，有意识地对他们进行培养。提高下属的责任感意识，并及时向上级报告计划与进程的比照结果
任职条件/Requirement：
1.本科或以上学历，具有工程/机械专业相关教育背景。研究生优先
Bachelor Degree or above，Major in engineering and Auto manufacturing. Master degree preferred.
2.5年工作经验（5年质量或生产部门工作经验者优先），熟悉生产过程
5 years work experience and preferred in quality / production department (family with the production process).
3.熟练掌握英语，生产流程知识和质量综合管理概念
Good command of English, production process knowledge, general quality management concepts
4.必须会使用日常办公软件,精通MS-Office，
Must be able to use daily office software and good knowledge of MS-Office
5.要求有责任心，能服从工作安排，配合加班，有一定的沟通及应变能力
Demand to have sense of responsibility, can obey the arrangement working, coordinate work extra shifts, have ability of communicate.

7.良好的驾驶技术，获得驾照时间超过3年
