Job discription工作内容
1 To create and update the Assy shop product audit according to the information from all sensors;
根据不同考核信息来源，制定并更新总装产品考核清单；
2 To create and update the QFL2 Q-gate check list, WSA and EAK according to the information from GFP, Loop3 and Loop4;
根据成车考核、PA考核以及CPA的考核结果，制定并更新质量门的检查清单；
3 To create BITs in the system and track the issues when critical issues occurred;
发生关键质量问题时需要输入BITs系统，并追踪问题解决情况；
4 To create the process audit list and audit plan for all production groups;
制定各工段的在线流程考核清单与考核计划；
5 To communicate the process audit results with production and track the issue improvement; 将流程考核的结果与生产车间进行沟通并追踪问题改善进展；
6 To attend the ECC meeting and adapt the process/product change into the check list;
参加ECC会议，并更新产品和流程考核清单；
7 To adapt the QM boundaries to the Q-gate and product audit;
将质量协议纳入到相关质量门和产品考核；
8 To create and update the control plan per the requirement from Germany;
基于德国的技术变更，制定并更新控制计划
9 Create and update check instructions, work instructions, process instructions as control plan (PLP) 基于控制计划，制定并更新检查指导，工作指导和流程指导

Requirement任职要求
1 At least 2 years of work experience in Auto manufacturing company.
至少2年汽车制造行业的工作经验；
2 University degree in mechanical ot auto engineering;
大学学历，机械或汽车工程专业；
3 Professional experience in vehicle production especially for Assy process;
在汽车制造方面具有专业技能，尤其是汽车装配方面的经验；
4 Good knowledge with MS Office (excel, ppt, word), skills in quality tools;
熟练使用微软办公软件，熟练掌握质量工具；
5 Good English skills, German preferable;
良好的英语技能，会德语者更佳；
6 Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力和协调能力
